Planning Permission Granted

K.R. Architectural Design are delighted to have been granted Planning Permission for another satisfied Client. The project involves a new single storey extension to the rear of the property, with the demolition of existing flat roof garage to form space for a replacement brick-built, pitched roof garage.

Following the grant of Planning Permission we have progressed on to the Building Regulations phase for the project, with the detailed design drawings now complete and ready to be submitted to Building Control for approval.
