Building Regulations Approval

After being granted planning permission on a project back in 2018, K.R. Architectural Design are delighted to have gained Building Regulations approval following a successful application.

The project involves a new single storey extension to the side of the property with a complete remodel of the existing roof towards the rear and internal alterations throughout the ground floor to provide an open plan kitchen, dining & living area.

Our Client now has all compulsory approvals in place ready to start building work on site in the near future... 🏠 ✏️ ✅
