Planning Permission Granted

K.R. Architectural Design are delighted to have been granted Planning Permission for another satisfied Client. The project involves a new single storey extension to the rear of the property with a remodel of the first floor layout.

Initial survey was carried out on this project at the end of November and we aimed for a quick turnaround to get the application submitted in the weeks prior to Christmas. The application has now been successfully approved and full planning permission in a conservation area was granted in the last week.

We will now be progressing the project with our Client to achieve Building Regulations approval, ready to start building work on site in the coming months... 🏠 ✏️ ✅
